In the United States, Cinco de Mayo has evolved into a commemoration of Mexican culture and heritage.  One of the most famous forms of mosaic art in Mexico is Talavera tiles, which originated in the city of Puebla. These handcrafted tiles, adorned with intricate patterns and vivid colors, soon became an essential element in Mexican architecture, especially in churches, haciendas, and public buildings. 

The project will need to be left at the library overnight to dry.  You may pick it up anytime the following week.

This class is for people who want to improve their ability to interact in French.

This week, we will be making a Butterfly Shape Craft.

This is an advanced intermediate class for people who want to strengthen their communication skills and understand the main points of conversation. 

Midday Unwind Yoga on ZOOM with Laura Mazzella "The Traveling Yogi" Every Tuesday!

Classic yoga postures along with deep breathing will be used to reset, renew, and unwind.  Take the time to take care of yourself!

Join us for My First Book Club! Each week, we will read a chapter and do an activity together. In between meetings, your child (with or without assistance) will read a chapter at home. Each child will receive their own copy of the book at the start of the first meeting.

For emerging readers ages 5-8. Registering for the first date will register you for all Book Club dates for May and June. Children will participate in book club independently, but parents must remain in the building.

Our instructor Kevin Kuo's teaching has been approved by the California acupuncture board. Kevin has also been invited  by a well-established Chinese medicine school (Whitewater University) in California to give 1 day lecture about qigong and meditation. 

Grab your little ones and get creative with Mrs. C. Parents must assist their child during the program. Program is for children age 2-5.  Registration is required. Please register each child individually so we can assure we have enough supplies.

Stitch Witches is a group for all needle crafters.  Bring your works-in-progress and join others for ideas, questions, help with your project or just the joy of needling together!

All levels are welcome, there will be someone to help with your questions.
