This is an advanced intermediate class for people who want to strengthen their communication skills and understand the main points of conversation.

Classic yoga postures along with deep breathing will be used to reset, renew, and unwind.  Take the time to take care of yourself!

Join us for My First Book Club! Each week, we will read a chapter and do an activity together. In between meetings, your child (with or without assistance) will read a few chapters at home. Each child will receive their own copy of the book at the start of the first meeting.

In this Masterpiece Adventure, the first in a companion series for younger readers from bestselling author Elise Broach, James is going on vacation for a week. His best friend, Marvin the beetle, has to stay at home. Without James to keep him company, Marvin has to play with his annoying cousin, Elaine. Marvin and Elaine quickly find themselves getting into all sorts of trouble―even getting trapped inside a pencil sharpener! Marvin misses James and starts to worry about their friendship. For children ages 5-8. Registering for the first date will register you for all April Book Club dates. Children will participate in book club independently, but parents must remain in the building.

Our instructor Kevin Kuo's teaching has been approved by the California acupuncture board. Kevin has also been invited  by a well-established Chinese medicine school (Whitewater University) in California to give 1 day lecture about qigong and meditation.

Stitch Witches is a group for all needle crafters.  Bring your works-in-progress and join others for ideas, questions, help with your project or just the joy of needling together!

All levels are welcome, there will be someone to help with your questions.
