This class is for people who want to improve their ability to interact in French.

This week, we will be making a Spring Life Cut and Paste scene.

This is an advanced intermediate class for people who want to strengthen their communication skills and understand the main points of conversation. 

Midday Unwind Yoga on ZOOM with Laura Mazzella "The Traveling Yogi" Every Tuesday!

Classic yoga postures along with deep breathing will be used to reset, renew, and unwind.  Take the time to take care of yourself!

Our instructor Kevin Kuo's teaching has been approved by the California acupuncture board. Kevin has also been invited  by a well-established Chinese medicine school (Whitewater University) in California to give 1 day lecture about qigong and meditation. 

Stitch Witches is a group for all needle crafters.  Bring your works-in-progress and join others for ideas, questions, help with your project or just the joy of needling together!
